You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting rtp88 customer support. Any remaining Balance at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met and there are no outstanding bonus wagering requirements or pending withdrawal holds.

The minimum Deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction unless otherwise stated on the Deposit page. Maximum Deposit limits may apply depending on your Account verification status, payment method, and any applicable promotional terms.
Deposits made via Indonesian bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to your rtp88 Account within five (5) minutes of the transfer being confirmed by your bank or e-wallet provider. If a Deposit is not credited within thirty (30) minutes, you should contact rtp88 customer support with your proof of transfer.
You may only Deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those of family members — are not permitted. Any Deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed and the associated winnings voided.

rtp88 aims to process all Withdrawal requests within two (2) to four (4) hours of approval, subject to KYC clearance and any applicable security checks. Withdrawals requested during bank maintenance windows (typically between 00:00 and 04:00 WIB) may be delayed until banking services resume. rtp88 is not liable for delays caused by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider.
rtp88 reserves the right to require completion of KYC verification before processing any Withdrawal, regardless of the amount. Withdrawals may also be delayed or refused where rtp88 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
All Bonuses offered by rtp88 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this Agreement, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in respect of that Bonus only.
Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. rtp88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
